— My speciality is managing the balance between creative design and commercial profitability. My strengths include analyzing and implementing the company’s vision into high quality finished products and managing and mentoring a team to create an environment of creative innovation, dynamic teamwork and high productivity. I have a strong understanding of research, garment design, product development and manufacturing process from the conceptualization stage to final products covering diverse product categories. I am a flexible person with an open minded personality, creative thinker, problem solver and detailed yet efficient working style.
